We no it’s a worrying time when your roofs leaking, so we aim to be on time and our rates are completely transparent - A full breakdown is featured on our company charges page to show exactly how your job will be costed.

Option 2
Call our help line to arrange for one of our surveyors to come out and look at your job, and we will be happy to send a full detailed written quotation on works to be carried out. All work carried out by Roof Warranty is guaranteed for your peace of mind.

Option 3

What is Roof Warranty?
Roof Warranty is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency call out service for homeowners living inside the M25 catchment area. Starting from as little as £8.99 per month our certified tradesmen will visit your home, ascertain the extent of the problem and make the appropriate repairs at no extra cost.

Leaving small leaks, missing or broken slates and damaged guttering could leave your roof vulnerable when bad weather sets in. Having the protection of our Roof Cover will help you avoid expensive re-roofing or repair bills should the evitable happen.

What's Covered...

• All roof repairs are covered
• Sudden and unforeseen damage to the roof coverings or roof leaks
• Repositioning of dislodged slates or tiles
• Replace any missing or broken tiles, which are causing a leak
• Unblock gutters and downpipes and repair where possible
• Repair damaged flashing and faulty pointing
• Repair chimney stacks
• Repair felt flat roofs (where possible)
• Repairs to lead flashings
• Repair or replace damaged Hip and ridge tiles
• Repairs to fascia and soffits

In an emergency a trade’s team will be with you straight away. For non-emergencies i.e. small leaks and repairs, appointments will be made at your earliest convenience.
Our aim is to attend to your problem as soon as possible with the right tradesmen and materials for the job. Sometimes a repair is only a short term fix to a larger problem or a repair is just not possible or in the best interest of the home and if this is the case and you have our roof cover you will receive a 20% discount on any replacement works carried out.
Our roof covers aim is to run a long side your house insurance so you’re fully protected.

What's Not Covered...

• Any scaffolding required will not covered under the warranty
• Any Buildings higher than three storeys will not be covered under the roof warranty
• Any repair that is deemed to be a health and safety hazard will not be covered under the roof warranty
• Any roof coverings that need to be replaced in full will not be covered under the roof warranty but you will receive a 20% discount on any works carried out
• We do not cover acts of god

Our standard cover, comprises of all the items listed above with your monthly premium being dependant on the size of your property.

Roof Warranty also offering a Premium Cover from £12.99 per month. This cover also includes a yearly Roof Checksaving you between £132 & £169 per year on the combined cost of our Standard Cover and Roof Check depending on the size of your property.

Company Services & Charges
Below are details of our hourly rates plus some common services we regularly complete with estimated costing. Our charges are 100% transparent, you won’t be charged a call out fee or for the time we spend travelling to your property, parking or taking a lunch brake.

These prices are exclusive of materials. There is a one hour minimum charge on all jobs and additional work over the initial hour is charged in 30 minute increments.

Materials
We only use the best quality materials and as all work is guaranteed it is in the best interest of the customer and our reputation to do so. We usually have the right materials to carry out the repair in our vans but if we are required to source parts, then collection time will be kept to a minimum, agreed with the customer in advance and will not exceed £80.

All labour and materials will be subject to VAT at 17.5%.
Payments are to be made on the completion of work.

Answer: 
Most leading home insurances policies only cover you for storm damage an average of 84 days a year. Our Roof Cover, covers you for any roofing emergency however big or small that includes general wear and tear of the roof.

What is Roof Cover provided by Roof Warranty?

Answer: 
Our Roof Cover is highly recommended if you’re a homeowner. Your home is often your biggest investment and your roof can cost thousands of pounds to repair. Our Roof Cover is designed to take care of any emergency or repair that may occur with your roof, a fast response from a qualified team of experts with no extra costs. Just pay your annual fixed amount and £50 each call out so you won’t have to pay extra for labour materials and vat.

What happens to my Cover if I move?

Answer: 
Your cover can be moved to your next house, simply by calling us with your reference number and your new address and we will make sure the cover is suitable for your new property.

How do I renew my Roof Cover?

Answer: 
It’s easy to renew your Roof Cover – Direct debit customers, your policy will renew automatically. If you have paid for a yearly subscription you will be contacted to renew your policy.

How do I make a claim?

Answer: 
Phone lines open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for all emergency call out.

Is there any extra costs or charges?

Answer: 
All roof repairs are covered at no extra cost. Sometimes a repair is not possible and it is in the best interest of your property to have a replacement. If a repair is not possible and we have to have a replace you will receive a 20% discount on total works carried out.
