Electronic Leak Detection

Fast and accurate location of leaks in most types of waterproofing membranes. The test equipment will detect leaks with centimetre accuracy normally without the need to remove surface coatings or making special provisions. Defects marked on the roof and the CAD drawings.

Thermographic Moisture Scan

Infra-red technology allows accurate location of wet or missing instalation within the waterproofing system providing critical data for roof maintenance. Saves unnecessary roof replacement. Defects marked on the roof and the CAD drawings.

Quality Control Integrity Testing

Non-destructive electronic integrity testing to prove that newly installed waterproofing membranes are free from defects. Any problems identified can be quickly repaired and retested.

Interscope Survey

Using fibre-optic endoscopes allows the condition of items such as roof voids, cavity trays and DPC's in cavity walls to be monitored.

Dye Testing

Dye testing can be used where sophisticated electronic leak detection systems are not applicable.Useful for testing roof drainage systems, metal coping joints and penetrations.

Ultrasonic Leak Detection

Using sophisticated ultrasonic equipment leaks can be located in profiled metal roof systems, roof lights and penetrations.

Vacum Testing

On site testing of fastener seals in profiled metal roofing.

Electronic Moisture Scans

Accurate non-destructive location of wet or damp insulation can be carried out using mobile electronoc capacitance meters. \\\\\\\particularly useful on unheated buildings.
